Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Sunday, 5 September 2010

This dish is so simple to make, absolutely anyone can do it! It is simply chicken fillets, topped with mozzerella and then wrapped in parma ham. Alternatively, use turkey breast fillets - they are half the price and half the fat.

What you need...
4 chicken breast fillets
150g mozzerella ball
8 slices of parma ham

Put the chicken breast fillets on a greased baking tray. Slice the mozzerella ball and place onto each of the chicken breasts. Wrap the fillets in parma ham and place into a preheated oven, at 200C, for 20 minutes.

Chicken, Ham & Leek bake - (for 4 people)

Tuesday, 23 February 2010

A really simple and healthy meal, where we throw everything in a casserole dish, put cheese on top and then sit down, relax for half an hour and then eat. The recipe is for 4 people, so adjust the ingredients if you are cooking for a different number of people.

What you need...
4 chicken breasts (1 per person)
500g leeks (chopped)
ham (chopped into strips)
grated cheese
cheese sauce

Firstly, par-boil the leeks. Then throw everything into the casserole dish. Cover with the cheese sauce - click on sauces if you're unsure on how to make your own. Add the grated cheese on top and place the dish in the oven at 200˚C for 30 minutes. Alternatively, use turkey breasts instead of chicken. They are virtually half the price and for those on a diet, turkey contains half the fat of chicken.
